Where do I even begin?
I am SO happy you are here.
When I first started on my fitness journey back in December 2009, the only thing I knew was that I wanted to make people happy. I wanted to inspire people and let them know that anything is possible with hard word and dedication. That is why I am here. I have really been on fitness journey my whole life through sports, college athletics and now competing but I never knew where I would end up – I just knew I wanted to be someone that others could turn to.
Along the way, I found that I wanted to give more of myself. I wanted people to go through this journey with me and know that they were not alone. I wanted people to be able to ask questions and learn and grow with me. I knew I needed to put myself out there so I created my first blog, Fit Chick Nextdoor. My blog started out as a general Fitness, Food, DIY, Life-kind-of-just-for-fun blog until I – again – wanted more. I wanted people to take me seriously as a trainer and competitor so I created KaraLarkinFitness.com, my YouTube Channel, and my social media accounts so my friends, clients, and readers (that’s you!) could interact with me on a more personal level.
I am proud to say I have helped friends, clients and more achieve their personal goals and build a happier life.
I am one of the few people who can honestly say they love what they do and nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients successes.
I consider myself successful when you succeed.
